SPI owns and operates the upscale Shangri-La Plaza, one of the country’s most established lifestyle destinations. It also holds a 70% share in KSA Realty Corporation, which in turn, owns The Enterprise Center, one of the most prestigious office buildings located in the country’s premier financial district. SPI also currently holds a 60% stake in Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, one of the 5-star international hotels in the Philippines.
SPI entered the residential condominium market in 2002 and has since expanded its residential portfolio with high-rise condominium projects in prime locations with a combined total of almost 11,500 units. Completed projects include The Shang Grand Tower, The St. Francis Shangri-La Place, One Shangri-La Place, Shang Salcedo Place, Horizon Homes, The Rise Makati, Shang Residences at Wack Wack, and Aurelia Residences, a joint venture project with Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC). Construction is ongoing for Laya by Shang Properties, Haraya Residences, another joint venture project with RLC, and Shang Bauhinia Residences, the first development of the company in Cebu City, Philippines.
